This is a new dept. founded on 2002 for all new electronic devices use process materials, as sockets, mother boards, Mobile phone, digital camera, desktop, laptop, any kind of device use chips will need this materials.
Also we joint with NS Japan, to have more competition of environment impact certificate.
Advance developing of process research, Ag-free solder ball, it will carry out more cheap and good quality procedure.
